All designs, images and proofs produced are the sole property and copyright of The Carta Collection, under no circumstances can this work be used, reproduced, or imitated in any way or purpose, whether physical or digital.

Payment and Printing
Please note that the client’s order is not confirmed and secured until we have received their deposit. The deposit payment is non-refundable.

 

Once the client has approved their artwork, printing will not commence until they have paid the remaining balance.

 

Payment requests are issued via invoice and can be paid by a secure online link through Paypal, or via electronic funds transfer.

Designs and Proofing

Up to three revisions are included within our design fee. Any further rounds of revisions may incur an extra fee on the client’s final invoice.

 

Please ensure to proof your artwork carefully. If there is a wording or design error on the printed item that has was approved and signed off by the client, you (the client) is responsible for the cost of the reprint. No alterations can be made to the design after you have signed off on your final design.

Stock Availability
The Carta Collection cannot guarantee that your chosen paper(s) or envelopes will be in stock at the time of your order. iI this is so, you will be notified and a similar alternative will be sourced.

Colours

The colours shown throughout our design process and in our digital proofs can appear different from screen to screen and when printed. To see a chosen stock in person, please get in touch and we can send you a swatch sample.

Timeframes

Timeframes vary for each project. Please ask our team to give you a timeframe from your project when briefing them in with your exact needs. Design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval, and payment may also delay your order. It is your responsibility to order in advance.

Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our products and services, we are unable to issue refunds.

Marketing and Publication

We retain the right to post your stationery on our social media, website, or use within any advertising. We may also use your stationery as samples after the event has commenced.

If we post a photo of your stationery prior to your wedding date, any dates or telephone numbers will be removed. If you do not wish for your stationery to be used as samples, please advise us as soon as possible.
